01Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Personology AI (“Personology”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of the Personology mobile application, the personology.space website and web experience, and every feature, report, and message delivered through them (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

03Your Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and, where you obtained the app through the App Store, to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service, interfere with its security or operation, or use automated tools to access it.

04Free Features and Subscriptions

Downloading the app, setting up your birth chart, and completing the personality profile are free. A paid subscription (“Premium”) unlocks your full Blueprint, compatibility reports, daily guidance, Luna, and other features we label as Premium. The set of Premium features may change over time.

Subscriptions bought in the app are sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account. Monthly and yearly plans are offered; the current price is shown before you buy and may vary by region. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.

Subscriptions bought on our website are billed by our payment processor, Stripe. Weekly and yearly plans are offered. After paying, you create or sign in to a Personology account to claim your access; access is tied to that account. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your receipt and from app.personology.space/manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Premium until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.

Promotional codes and complimentary access are granted at our discretion, may carry their own conditions, and can be withdrawn if misused.

We may change subscription prices. Any change applies from your next renewal, and where required we will notify you in advance so you can cancel first.

05AI-Generated Content and What It Is Not

Your Blueprint, reports, daily guidance, and conversations with Luna are generated by artificial intelligence from your birth details, your personality profile, and what you tell us. We send only the information needed for a feature to work to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.

This content is for reflection, self-understanding, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not predict the future. AI-generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete, or simply wrong about you. Do not rely on it for decisions that matter to your health, safety, finances, or relationships, and seek a qualified professional for those.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, stop using the Service and contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

06Compatibility Reports, Friends, and Other People

Some features involve other people: compatibility reports use a partner’s or friend’s birth details, and the friends feature lets you connect with other Personology users. When you enter another person’s details, you confirm that you are entitled to share them and that you will use the resulting report respectfully and only for personal purposes.

A report about a relationship describes patterns and possibilities. It is not an assessment of another person’s character, and it must not be used to harass, pressure, or make decisions about someone else.

07Your Content and Our Content

You own the information you enter. You grant us a licence to process it in order to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you share a report or reading publicly using a share feature, you are choosing to make that content visible to whoever has the link.

The Service itself, including its design, text, imagery, software, interpretive frameworks, and the reports it generates, is owned by Personology or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may keep and share your own reports for personal use; you may not republish the Service’s content commercially or present it as your own product.

08Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• use Luna or any other feature to generate content that harasses, defames, or threatens anyone;
• impersonate another person, or enter someone else’s details in order to deceive them or others;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the Service, or try to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours;
• circumvent the paywall, share Premium access outside your household, or abuse promotional offers.

09Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from the app’s settings or by emailing us. Deletion removes your profile, birth details, reports, conversations, and friends connections, and it cancels any subscription that we bill through our website. Subscriptions billed by Apple must be cancelled in your App Store settings; deleting your account does not cancel them.

After deletion we keep only a salted, one-way hash of your email address, which cannot be turned back into your address, and a record of the subscription plan you held and when. We keep these to recognise repeat sign-ups that abuse free access and to understand why people leave. No readable personal information is retained.

10Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including Apple and Stripe for payments, Supabase for infrastructure, and OpenAI for AI-generated content, and may link to external sites. Their terms and policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service while you hold a paid period, we will refund the unused portion or make an equivalent arrangement where the law requires it. Sections 5, 7, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

12No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Astrology and personality typing are interpretive frameworks; we do not claim they are scientifically validated.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, or for any decision you make in reliance on the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers in some jurisdictions have rights these Terms do not override.

14Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms. When a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Personology is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law provides otherwise.
